Advantages

Disadvantages
IconWeighing errors
The flight was good. I didn't have to queue for long and it went quickly. There was a complication when my suitcase was weighed in, but this was quickly resolved. We were in the air on time and the flight attendants took good care of me. The flight to Rome took around 90 minutes.
Advantages
IconWell organised
IconPunctual
IconFast
IconComfortable seats
Disadvantages
IconSomewhat small seats
IconPrice a little too high
I flew with Wizz Air from Milan to Rome and the journey took 1 hour and 10 minutes. The check-in process was quick and the boarding was well organised. Drinks and snacks were offered on board, but there was hardly any time to enjoy the service in peace, as the flight duration is very short. The seats were comfortable, even if the space was somewhat limited, which is common on many short-haul flights. The flight itself was quiet and the landing in Rome was on schedule. Overall, it was a quick and efficient connection between the two cities. For such a short distance, Wizz Air offers a solid service and I would consider the airline again for similar flights. However, the price was unfortunately a bit high
Advantages
IconWithdrawn on time
Disadvantages
IconQueue at check-in
I was really annoyed that I had to queue at the counter for almost an hour and 15 minutes to drop off my luggage. But I was very happy that everything went smoothly afterwards. Boarding went relatively quickly and I was quickly seated on the plane, which was very clean and a comfortable size. By that I mean that I had enough legroom. In conclusion, I give the flight connection four rating stars.

Disadvantages
Iconnone
Check-in was quick and efficient. I was already able to check in online, which made the process at the airport very easy. Boarding started on time and went without any major delays. The aircraft was a smaller jet, which is not unusual for a journey of around an hour. The seats were fine for the short duration of the flight, but of course not particularly spacious. The flight itself was fairly smooth with no turbulence and the crew were professional and we landed in Rome on time.
Advantages
IconPersonnel
Disadvantages
IconHygiene
I found boarding went relatively quickly even when I was in group two, there weren't that many people in group one, maybe 15 or so. When I got on the plane, it wasn't so hygienic. I went to the toilets and it was just as unhygienic. That's why I gave the flight two out of five stars. But booking online was very easy. Good value for money. And the staff were very nice.
Advantages
IconHygiene
Disadvantages
IconPersonnel
IconDealing with guests
The hygiene on this flight was relatively clean. The toilets had enough toilet paper. Boarding time was relatively quick. But there were quite a lot of people on the flight. I was in the second group, so it went relatively quickly. The food was quite normal. The staff were rude, so I would give the flight three out of five stars. The online booking was also very easy.
Advantages
IconHygiene
Disadvantages
IconFood
Boarding this flight was relatively stressful because it took so long. After about half an hour, I finally boarded the plane. The terminal was a bit crowded. Booking was very easy online. The flight was very short. The seat was comfortable and hygienic. The toilet was very clean. The food didn't taste that good. That's why I would give the whole flight four out of five stars. The staff were good.
Advantages
IconComfortable
Disadvantages
IconEntertainment
A really pleasant flight with only a few minor drawbacks. Check-in was quick, smooth and the staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout. The seats were comfortable enough for an economy flight, with enough legroom to feel at ease. The service on board was attentive and the crew went out of their way to fulfil all requests. The only point of criticism was the entertainment on board, the range of films and series could be more modern and extensive, but it was okay for the length of the flight. All in all, a relaxed and well-organised flight that I would definitely recommend.
