ServiceAs always, I was pleasantly surprised by Lufthansa. The staff were all very friendly, but I had the feeling that there were only a few of them. It took a long time until someone was able to help me with my problem or concern. The meal and the wifi on board were excellent. The toilets were clean, sanitised and hygienic. The seats were also very comfortable and smelled nice. There was no need to change planes and we arrived in Munich on time. The price was also very good. I recommend everyone to travel with Lufthansa! It is worth it!
