Each passenger can take one small bag on board weighing no more than 25 pounds and be no bigger than 33” long x 33” wide x 48” high. It must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front. In addition, adults and children over two are allowed to take one large bag (weighing no more than 50 pounds) for the hold.
Children between the ages of two and 11 can receive a 20 percent discount off a normal adult-priced ticket, which must be purchased when buying a full adult fare.
Children under two can travel for free but must be secured in an adult or guardian’s lap for the duration of the journey. If traveling with more than one child under two, then a ticket will need to be bought and the child will need to sit securely next to the adult.
Peter Pan provides help for those who need it at boarding, de-boarding as well as during transfers. All Peter Pan buses come equipped with wheelchair lifts, however, they recommend contacting them before departure to inform them it will be needed.
Peter Pan allows small dogs and cats, weighing no more than 25 pounds, on its services. Service animals for people with disabilities are allowed on Peter Pan buses, at no additional cost. No other pets are allowed.
Pets must be in a carrier for the duration of the journey and it cannot exceed 19' long x 14' wide x 10.5' high—the carrier is considered as the one piece of carry-on baggage allowed. If the requirements are not met, Peter Pan reserves the right to refuse to carry the animal.
Service animals can travel on all Peter Pan Bus Lines for free.
Bikes are allowed on Peter Pan services and are included in the free baggage allowance. If your luggage amount exceeds this, a fee will be charged. Space depends on availability.
Tickets are nonrefundable but can be exchanged for a fee in person at a Peter Pan ticket counter or via their app.
Travel date, time, customer name and origin or destination can be changed. Tickets can be changed up to two hours before departure.
Peter Pan prides itself on providing a high-quality service on board with most of its fleet offering free Wi-Fi and plug sockets. Seats are adjustable and have foldable tables. Toilets can be found on board and are cleaned regularly.
Peter Pan does not claim liability for misplaced or damaged baggage. If you need to file a claim for misplaced or damaged baggage, claims must be made at a Peter Pan full-service terminal ticket counter, or through Peter Pan Customer Care within 30 days of arrival at your destination.
