Comfort on the bus was as expected - unfortunately very full and therefore it was very hot. Cleanliness in the bus/on the seats - WC was not used. Service was not available, but the bus driver was friendly. Journey duration did not change and was as expected/ indicated. Power sockets and wifi were available and fully functional. Value for money could be better for this experience.
