Sevilla and Almeria are not close to each other but if you are not in a rush and have time it´s a very convenient journey. Both cities are well connected by bus and you will be able to see the authentic Andalucia through your bus window at a nice and chill pace. In my experience, it's a worthy bus ride full of nature and olive trees.

The journey starts in Sevilla bus station Plaza de Armas and finishes in Almeria bus station. There´s a stop in between in Granada where you have to change buses and maybe have a coffee in the Granada bus station.

It might be that the stop over in Granada is longer or the bus legs have longer duration and that will make the bus journey longer.
