The staff were extremely friendly and helped us with our luggage. In addition, the FlixBus arrived at the station on time. Another positive aspect was that we didn't have to change buses. There was also wifi access and power sockets above the seats. There were no toilets on the bus. However, breaks were taken during the journey.

The journey to Cologne was good. The bus was not delayed on departure and we were on time. The driver was friendly and did his job well. I booked my seat in advance and this worked well as there were no double bookings. The temperature in the bus was pleasant and the ventilation worked well. My seat was clean and my seat neighbour was quite interesting, we had a good conversation. The journey was fine.
