Passengers requiring additional assistance should contact the airline before booking the flight.  Intercity bus line 158 and intercity bus line, Täistunniekspress, operates from Tartu to Tallinn city and stops at the airport. These buses stop at various destinations on the route, including Kose crossroad, Mao and Puhu.  

Local tips: how to travel to the airport like a local

Traveling to the airport is rather easy and relatively cheap compared to major European cities. Since the tram began moving to the airport, the Tallinn public transit has become very useful. This is mainly because it is free for the residents. Buying a one-way ticket from the driver via a bus costs 2 euros. It is recommended to purchase a prepaid card and load it with some cash. This way, a one-hour ticket will cost only 2 euros. Trains provide a quick and fun way to travel to the airport and between cities.  As for food, it is as good as anywhere else. However, the prices can be high, with only a few restaurants with reasonably priced lunch menus. Travelers can grab a quick bite at most of the major gas stations.
