I boarded the train with my suitcase, sat very comfortably in my seat and took my luggage with pleasure. The interior of the train was very spacious and clean, there was no rubbish anywhere. It smelled very fresh. I took out my newspaper, read a little and went to the toilet. It looked very hygienic. Nothing was lacking, this was a highly recommended second class journey. Moreover, my train came on time and I also arrived on time.

This trip was in second class and I really liked it, so I rate it five stars and recommend it. The wifi was very good. I had multiple outlets at my comfortable seat. The staff were very friendly and did a good job providing good service. The toilets were very hygienic and clean. My journey took a little less than two hours. My order arrived very quickly and fresh, the prices were also quite okay. My train was on time and I also arrived on time. A great ride!

I would prefer to rate this trip with 4.5 stars, as only one small thing was not so good, and that was the delay. But it wasn't that bad as it was only a few minutes. When I got on and sat down, I noticed how clean and spacious the train was. As I was very hungry, I ordered something to eat and drink after a short while. My order arrived very quickly and fresh, the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. The ride was pleasant and was also very fast, the ride took a little less than four hours. I recommend this ride endearingly as only the delay was not so good and otherwise everything was right.

From Berlin to Osnabrück, the train had been 70 minutes late. Many of the passengers had been very annoyed, and the staff reacted accordingly. On the other hand, the train was very clean, including the toilets. There were catering facilities on the train, as well as power sockets and an internet connection. The comfort was very comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet, at least in my compartment.

Disadvantages

The train ride from Berlin to Osnabrück was extremely pleasant and reliable. The seats were comfortable and offered enough space for a relaxed journey. The air conditioning ensured a pleasant temperature on the train. There was enough storage space for luggage and the toilets were clean and well maintained. The train staff were friendly and helpful. They were available to answer passengers' questions and ensured that the journey ran smoothly. Regular announcements provided important information about the next stops and possible delays. The cleanliness on the train was acceptable, but could be better. The seats and floor were not really cleaned regularly and there were major spills. The toilets were also rather not kept adequately clean. The value for money of the train journey was reasonable. The ticket prices were fair compared to the facilities offered and the comfort of the train.

About a year ago, I travelled from Berlin to Osnabrück. I was not satisfied with the journey itself, as I had to change trains and the ICE was half an hour late. However, I was very satisfied with the facilities, air conditioning and wifi worked well. That's not always the case. The journey was also comfortable, as it was not too noisy. The cleanliness of the seats and toilets was very satisfactory.

I travelled the route from Berlin to Osnabrück in the morning, which fortunately meant that we had few passengers and no football fans on the train. The journey time of 4:20 hours passed quickly as I sat in the on-board restaurant and drank coffee. I didn't have to make a seat reservation for this either. Very pleasant and quiet journey. Hygiene on the train was good.
