The journey time was about 4 hours, which was perfect. There was enough space, the seats were comfortable and the on-board staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the fact that it was a direct connection, with no changes, which made the journey very relaxing. All in all, a very pleasant journey - I would do it again at any time!

Ticket prices in Poland are very cheap, which made travelling by train affordable. Unfortunately, the comfort of Polish intercity trains is lower than in Germany. It is more comparable to a regional express train. The comfort offered was just about adequate for this four-hour journey. The train staff sometimes speak English, but sometimes not.
