Advantages
IconConvenient changeover and no delays
IconCleanliness
IconComfortable seats and good equipment
IconFriendly staff
Disadvantages
IconLack of internet connection
IconFull and loud train
From Schwein to Hamburg, a change of trains had been necessary in Ludwigslust. This was very relaxing, as there was a 15-minute connecting time and both trains were on time. On the first train, everything was clean and the seats were very comfortable. However, I missed the internet connection here. The staff there were also friendly. The second train had been very busy and was noisy. Everything else, such as the cleanliness and comfort of the seats, was good. There was also an on-board bistro.
Advantages
IconComfortable and clean seats
IconSufficient equipment
IconSnack and coffee machine in the centre of the train
Iconon time and without changing trains
Disadvantages
IconNo staff and therefore no ticket inspection
The train from Schwerin to Hamburg was not very full and therefore not very noisy. You had the opportunity to buy snacks and coffee on the train. I found the seats comfortable and there was plenty of legroom. There were also plenty of power sockets and a stable internet connection. The toilets were also very hygienic. The train had not been delayed and I didn't need to change trains for my journey. Unfortunately, I realised that there was no staff on board, which is why no ticket checks were carried out. Only the train driver made the announcements for the connections. Otherwise a really good journey!
Advantages
IconPunctual departure and arrival
IconFriendly staff
Disadvantages
IconDirty WC
IconSound quality of the announcements
The wifi and power sockets worked well, which allowed me to work productively. The seats were comfortable and the train was pleasantly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the toilet was dirty, but there were plenty of alternatives. In addition, the announcements during the journey were sometimes difficult to understand. The train departed on time and arrived on time.
Advantages
IconPrice
IconPunctuality
Disadvantages
IconNone
I was very happy with the journey! Everything went perfectly, the train kept to all the times and I arrived at my destination without any delays. There was no lack of comfort either, the seats were well-padded and there was plenty of legroom. Facilities such as wifi and charging options were available and worked.
