There is train service that can take you to the station in about 7min as well as subway service that makes the trip in about 10min or bus service that can get you there in around 12min. This is a very modern-looking station with quite breathtaking architecture. Across from the station, there is a large mall that offers shopping and food and you will also find some shopping and food in the station as well as luggage lockers.
Lisboa Santa Apolonia Station. The station is the one that is closest to the center of the city and is less than 1 mile (1.6 km) in distance from the city center. You can take a bus to the station from the center of the city or you could even walk to get to the station in around 15min. As the oldest train station Lisboa the station offers just a few platforms making the station quite easy to navigate. Here you will find a small café, some shopping, and a supermarket. Just outside of the station there are also plenty of cafés, bars, and shops that are just a short walk away.
Arrival train station: Aveiro Station. This station has a location that is very close to the center of the city and in fact, it's only about 1.2 miles (2 km) distance from the center of the city. You can ride in a taxi from the station to the center of the city in about 3min or alternatively you could walk that distance in about 18min. The station has public restrooms for use plus it also has ticket machines and ticket kiosks.
