Advantages
IconThe ticket is cheap
IconSecondary seat can also be booked for little money
Disadvantages
IconUnfortunately a little late
The journey to Hanover was unfortunately a bit delayed, which was annoying. But this also happens with other means of travel, although they are a lot more expensive. That's why I'm relaxed about it. The ticket is cheap and for a few euros you can book your seat plus the next seat. So I always have a relaxed journey, as the seats in the train are already very narrow. The air in the train was good and everything was clean. The train was visibly older, but everything worked, including internet and power socket. With the cheap prices, always happy to return and nothing to complain about.
Advantages
IconBoard bistro
IconNice staff
IconWIFI
Disadvantages
IconWas late
IconWas a bit crowded
From Kassel to Hanover by train. Today I took the ICE from Kassel to Hanover without changing trains (direct connection). Unfortunately, the train was 10 minutes late and very crowded. To charge my mobile phone, I could use sockets at the seat. The wifi worked perfectly and I was able to buy a few chocolate bars in the on-board bistro. The staff were nice and helpful. The train was clean and there were toilets. I could also have booked seats. All in all, it was a good trip.
Advantages
IconComfortable seating with very good equipment available
IconNo need to change trains
IconAcceptable volume on the train
IconCleanliness and hygiene
Disadvantages
IconDelay of 10 minutes
IconHigh capacity utilisation
Iconone toilet defective
This train was very full due to a public holiday. The train had also been delayed by 10 minutes due to the high capacity utilisation. However, the noise level on the train was acceptable. Unfortunately, one of the toilets was out of order, so there was a queue in front of the only working toilet on the train. Otherwise, the cleanliness of the train was very good, which I must emphasise, especially in the toilets. The seats were also very comfortable. There were plenty of power sockets on the train, a stable internet connection and a snack machine in the centre of the train. What I found positive was that I didn't have to change trains.
Advantages
IconConvenience
Disadvantages
IconNone
It was very nice travelling by train. This time, I left and arrived on time. I am glad that it was warm and cosy, so I was able to enjoy my journey. Comfort was taken care of. The wifi was very reliable and the service was very useful. I was always able to ask questions and was given sufficient information. The train journey took one hour and 45 minutes.
