I liked this trip very much, as everything struck me as positive. There was plenty of space and also for luggage. The toilets and the whole train were clean. I went inside and sat down in my seat. The interior looked very hygienic and clean, the seats, the surfaces everywhere, then I went to the toilet and there it was very hygienic and the cleanliness was not lacking because hygiene is important in crowded spaces. When I arrived at the station and was about to board, I immediately noticed that the train looked very nice and when I boarded I also noticed that it looked very nice from the inside. There was a lot of space at the seat and also for the luggage. The staff arrived quite quickly if they were called. The internet was very good. The best thing was that there was a lot of attention to hygiene. You could also borrow newspapers. I definitely recommend the whole thing and it gets 5 out of 5 stars.

The journey was very pleasant as the driver did not go too fast or too slow. The train ran continuously and there were no emergency changes. The train was clean and the seats and co were disinfected. It was a really great train ride, we had two sockets at our seat and we could also use the wifi for free. In addition, the seats were very comfortable, more comfortable than car seats and the volume in the train was very pleasant, so you could also talk. The staff was very nice as always and the food was also very tasty. The train was very clean and the toilets were also really neat and clean. The train arrived on time when I boarded, but the train arrived 30 minutes late in Düsseldorf, which was not so tragic for me.
Advantages

It's incredible how cheap this ticket is. I can recommend it because of the price alone, as it only cost €35.80 for 2 people. There was nothing negative about the wonderful price. I liked the train itself best, as it looked very nice and was very clean. On the subject of cleanliness, the toilets were also very clean. The staff did a good job. I was definitely very comfortable, or rather I had a lot of space. The wifi was also OK. I really enjoyed the ride.

The train arrived on time in Hanover and also reached Düsseldorf on time. The carriage itself was clean, only the toilet was a bit dirty. But the staff was nice and took care of it right away. The staff in the on-board bistro were also very nice and the food tasted very good. The power sockets and wifi both worked well and didn't cause any problems, the seat was comfortable. Unfortunately, the price for the trip was very expensive, also due to the fact that it was booked at very short notice, but still overpriced in my opinion.

Right from the start, I can only recommend this journey, as everything was perfect and I was pleasantly surprised. I was waiting at the main station when my train arrived on time. Then I got on and was greeted nicely by the staff. When I sat down, I realised how comfortable my seat was. After a while, I ordered something to drink, which arrived very quickly, was fresh and reasonably priced. I then went to the toilet and it was clean. It was a wonderful journey.

Disadvantages

IconOverloading the train and staff
The ICE journey from Hanover to Düsseldorf was one of the negative experiences with Deutsche Bahn. Even though the route is superbly developed, there were no delays en route and the staff gave their all. The problem was that the trains were unfortunately completely overloaded and it seemed as if too many tickets had been sold for the same journey. Many people had to stand in the aisles, the luggage compartments were mercilessly overloaded and there were many people sitting in the otherwise very quiet first class who had not actually bought a valid ticket for this journey. The congestion naturally resulted in a lack of staff, which led to a lack of checks and warnings. Overall, the ICE journey on this route was rather disappointing and a negative memory with Deutsche Bahn.
