Advantages

This train connection was recommended to me by a friend, as I always drive to work, I wanted to try a train. I booked a ticket online and reserved a seat, which worked out great. When I arrived at the main station, the train arrived, unfortunately 20 minutes late, the train didn't make a good impression and was full of graffiti. There were also too many people on the train. The conductor was unfriendly, when I asked where I could put my suitcase, he just looked at me askance, there was an unpleasant smell in the train and the floor was sticky. Unfortunately, there was no wifi, no electricity and very little seating. The toilet was poor and smelled very unpleasant. The only positive thing was that I reached my destination quickly, otherwise I was not convinced by this train connection.

Surprisingly, the train arrived very punctually. Unfortunately, the train was very crowded. Since I couldn't reserve a seat, I had to stand cramped for the whole journey. The train itself was not clean, and neither were the toilets. But I had a great wifi connection the whole way.

It was a very pleasant journey from Hanover to Bielefeld, which didn't take as long as I thought it would. There was wifi on board and also a power socket. The seats were very comfortable and clean. It was unfortunately a bit too noisy on the train, so I had to use my headphones. The toilet was very clean and there was plenty of disinfectant, soap and paper towels. All in all, a very relaxed and pleasant journey, with all the trimmings. The staff were also very friendly. My recommendation.

I travelled second class on ICE 844 from Hanover to Bielefeld. The journey time was very short, which I welcomed. The train was in good, well-maintained condition. It was also clean. There was a bistro on board selling coffee and food. The train left Hanover on time and arrived in Bielefeld on time. The service on board was pleasantly friendly. There was wifi and power sockets.

The journey from Hanover to Dortmund was on ICE 542, in second class and without seat reservations. It was a very clean train with well-kept seats. The journey was very quick, just under 1.5 hours. The service was good, the staff very friendly. The train was slightly late, which was not too bad. There was wifi and power sockets on board.

I travelled with the ICE 844 from Hanover to Bielefeld, in second class. The journey took less than an hour. The train was clean and well maintained, at least visually. The train was slightly late, which didn't bother me that much because I didn't have to catch a connecting train. The staff on board were unimpressive, so I can't give them a rating. The ICE had wifi and there were also plenty of power sockets.
Advantages
IconVery relaxed and pleasant
Disadvantages
IconA little dirty
I had a pleasant and beautiful trip there. It was really relaxed, you get to see a lot. The people are sometimes friendly, sometimes unfriendly, as it goes on a train. The toilet was a bit unclean, but I think that's normal on trains like this. Otherwise, I enjoyed the trip very much, everything went smoothly from booking to my destination.

Disadvantages
IconDelay
A great pleasant trip back to Bielefeld. On 25.03.2023 I was able to start the journey to Bielefeld, but there was a delay and so I was a bit afraid that I wouldn't get the next train. There was free wifi, as well as a power socket for charging mobile phones or tablets, for example. It was a pleasant journey, with a pleasant volume. The journey was okay overall :). There were reservation options and value for money was relatively okay.

I recently took the ICE from Hanover to Bielefeld. The journey itself was very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the price! The journey was super cheap. Unfortunately, the toilets in the ICE were not clean. There were also a lot of crumbs on the seats. Otherwise, I can recommend such a trip to others
