Advantages

IconTime-saving
IconGood service
Disadvantages
IconA little loud
IconDelays possible
On the train journey from Greven to Münster I was surprised by some noise from small children, which is very rare. However, this was not a big deal as the very friendly parents went to a lot of trouble to fix this and apologised for it. The very friendly staff even brought us free water as an apology, which I was allowed to enjoy in my very comfortable seat. The toilet was also very good and the train was over punctual. My Germany ticket also made this trip worth the money.
Advantages
IconPunctuality
Disadvantages
IconNeed to change
IconHygiene
In 2021, I undertook a train journey with Deutsche Bahn from Greven to Münster. First of all, the punctuality is worth mentioning. We arrived very quickly at Münster main station. The service was, see friendly. They always spoke in a polite manner. I didn't find the wifi connection on the train too good, but not very bad either. For example, my laptop or iPad couldn't connect to the wifi for the first time. However, in retrospect they did. The meals were pretty good. I especially liked the crispy pretzels. The seats were very comfortable and extremely well maintained. The price of the ticket was quite satisfactory. Not too expensive, but also cheap. The toilets, however, were not clean. A strange and very bad smell spread through my nose. Therefore, I deduct the two stars from the rating. Otherwise, the trip was very good!
Advantages
IconVery comfortable seats
IconNice and helpful staff
IconThe train was very hygienic and tidy inside
Disadvantages
IconThe train had several stops and was unpunctual at the beginning
The journey from Grevenbroich to Münster was satisfactory overall. The service of the train staff was friendly and helpful. The comfort on board was okay, the seats were comfortable and there was enough space to sleep. The cleanliness on the train was also satisfactory, there were plenty of bins and the toilet was clean. Overall a good experience would use it again. Also a very good journey from a value for money point of view, especially if you were to compare it to other journeys in this price and class segment. Overall definitely recommend.
Advantages
IconOn time
Disadvantages
IconPoor wifi
I took the train from Greven to Münster. First of all, the wifi was pretty weak. Most of the seats were also just dirty. It has to be said that the staff there were quite nice. The best thing about the trip was that the train was not delayed. Both on arrival and departure. The toilets were also pretty clean. On the whole, there were positive as well as negative aspects. However, it has to be said that the price was far too expensive.

I took the train from Greven to Münster and I have to say that it was my best train journey so far. First of all, the wifi was pretty good. The seats were also clean and very comfortable. I took the train from Greven to Münster. First of all, I have to say that the wifi there was pretty bad. In addition, most of the seats there were pretty dirty. It has to be said that the staff there were quite nice. The best thing about the trip was that there were no delays. Both on arrival and on departure. The toilets there were also pretty clean. On the whole, there were positive as well as negative aspects. However, it has to be said that the price was far too expensive. That's why I can't recommend it for people with less money.

The journey went very smoothly and without any problems. What I liked very much were the super comfortable seats. Also positive is that the staff was very friendly and there was no noise. Overall, the journey went smoothly, what I liked a lot is that the staff was friendly, but also that the seats were very comfortable and it was very clean. Disadvantages
IconNone at all
The train connection was extremely punctual. The train departed according to schedule and arrived in Münster on time. The cleanliness of the train was satisfactory overall. The seats and floors were clean and there was no obvious soiling. There were power sockets at the seats, which allowed the use of laptops and mobile devices. The toilets on the train were clean, but they were relatively small. It could be an advantage if the toilets on the trains were more spacious. The train offered free wifi, which was stable throughout the journey. Overall, the train connection from Greven to Münster was a pleasant travelling experience.
Advantages

IconFriendly staff
IconComfortable seats with very good equipment
IconTrain and toilets clean and hygienic
IconTrain was empty and had a pleasant atmosphere
Disadvantages
IconSnack machine was missing
The train was very empty on this journey and it was therefore also very quiet on the train. The seats were comfortable and clean and had plenty of power sockets and a stable internet connection. The staff had also been friendly and carried out a quick ticket check without any problems. Furthermore, the train was very clean, which must be emphasised, especially in the toilets. The train was very punctual and I didn't even have to change trains. However, I was missing a snack machine for catering. Apart from that, it was a very good journey for me!
Advantages
IconBeautiful visual compartments on the train
IconBeautiful seats
IconExistence of quiet areas
Disadvantages
IconRealisation of overfilling
IconSeats not cleaned correctly
IconDelay
The staff were very friendly, the chefs and baristas etc. were very nice. They also made it possible to solve a problem with the ticket, which was quickly resolved with their help. The relaxation areas worked very well, you just had to book them in advance. Highly recommended. The children's compartments are also far away from the rest area, which guarantees peace and quiet! Highly recommended for working.
Advantages
IconPunctual
Disadvantages
IconOne seat was dirty
I can't say too much about the journey as it was very short. (≈10 minutes) There were definitely power sockets and wifi too. The staff were nice to us and it didn't smell unpleasant on the train or in the toilet. One seat was dirty.
Advantages
IconOn time at the destination station
Disadvantages
Icon1 minute late at the departure station
The journey only took 11 minutes. So I can't say too much about it. Power sockets were available, as was wifi. The train made a good impression, except that one seat was dirty. The staff were nice and the train didn't smell. The toilet was also good.
