The train offered exceptionally good comfort, due in particular to the ergonomic and comfortable seats and the well-balanced air conditioning. The service on board was good, as the staff was always eager and friendly. The train left Hamburg on time and also arrived in Freiburg on time. I can highly recommend this connection.

I travelled from Hamburg to Freiburg with the ICE 77 and was extremely enthusiastic. It started with the purchase of the ticket, which was relatively inexpensive for this route. Very good comfort with ergonomic seats. There were plenty of beautiful views on the journey, as the train travels through almost the whole of Germany. There were no delays on the entire journey as far as I know. The staff was very friendly and the hygiene in the train was not to be complained about either.

I took the ICE 77 from Hamburg to Freiburg. For the long distance across Germany, the price of the ticket was very reasonable. There were many beautiful landscapes on the way to Freiburg. The train was punctual throughout. It was also clean on board, including in the toilets. I also liked the service on board, as the staff were all friendly and polite.

I travelled with the ICE 77 from Hamburg to Freiburg, in second class. For the very long distance, the journey time was quite short, in my opinion. The train had no delays. The price was also reasonable, it was not high for travelling through most of Germany. It was a very clean and well-maintained ICE. The service on board was good, there was free wifi and also power sockets. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The train had an on-board bistro, I can recommend this connection.

The ticket was quite cheap for the long journey. Unfortunately, there was no wifi on board, which would have been useful considering the long duration of the journey. The service on board was good.
