The train was largely barrier-free and easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. There were designated areas for wheelchair users and plenty of space for pushchairs. The toilets on the train were fine, but could be cleaner. There was soap and water for washing hands, but the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, the train connection from Düren to Cologne was a good option for travellers. The positive aspects such as punctuality, electricity on the train, accessibility, overwhelm the minor shortcomings in the areas of cleanliness and toilets.

The seats were very comfortable and offered plenty of legroom, the backrests were adjustable and there were plenty of power sockets near the seats for charging electronic devices. Overall, a pleasant experience for the train connection, especially due to the punctuality, favourable price and good seating comfort.

The staff here were also very friendly and carried out a quick and uncomplicated ticket inspection. The seats here were also comfortable and there was plenty of legroom and even a rubbish bin in almost every row of seats, which were emptied. The train was also on time and I didn't have to change trains. The only thing I didn't like here were the passengers, who were very loud despite the low occupancy rate and I felt disturbed.
