The journey was very satisfying. The wifi worked perfectly and allowed me to check my emails and surf the internet during the journey. Unfortunately, however, there were not enough power sockets near the seats, which was a bit inconvenient. Comfort on the journey from Dresden to Cottbus was good. The noise level on the train was pleasant and not disturbing. The seats were comfortable and offered enough space for my legs. There was also a catering facility on board which offered a good selection of snacks and drinks. The service during the journey was friendly and courteous. Announcements were made regularly to inform passengers of the next stop and any delays. Cleanliness on the train was satisfactory. Hygiene was well maintained and the toilets were clean. However, there was one incident where a passenger left his rubbish in the aisle, which affected the cleanliness a little.
