Slight delayA quick connection to the big city. Unfortunately with a slight delay, which was a bit unfortunate for a business meeting, as it degenerated into quite a rush. Next time, maybe just take a connection earlier and go for a coffee if need be. The seat was clean and the wifi connection held up as well. The staff was still a bit tired, but friendly. The price-performance ratio was right.

However, the staff was unfortunately not very nice, seemed very stressed and behaved unfriendly towards me. Nevertheless, the train ride is worth its price. One thing that bothered me was the stress of changing trains, as Frankfurt is a very large station. But mainly I am satisfied with the good train connections all over Germany.

The equipment with reliable wifi and working sockets enabled productive work. The comfort left nothing to be desired: comfortable seats, a pleasant volume and a good selection of catering contributed to relaxation. The service was excellent - friendly staff, easy booking and helpful information included. The cleanliness was top: hygiene and toilets were impeccable. The duration of the journey was ideal, as there were no transfer restrictions and the punctuality was perfect. Price-performance ratio: excellent!
