Route overview
As someone valuing convenience when traveling, taking the train from Brussels to Rotterdam was a great option. I took al early train to spend the day in Rotterdam without paying having to pay for accommodation to stay overnight. The journey was direct and lasted only around an hour. Perfect for a day trip!

The train made a clean and well-maintained impression on me, the seats weren't worn or anything like that. The sanitary facilities were clean and well maintained. Delay of 25 minutesThe journey from Brussels to Rotterdam took a little longer than planned. This was because the train had already left late and therefore arrived in Rotterdam 25 minutes late. However, the train itself was fine. The seats were comfortable and the equipment was adequate. The cleanliness on the train and in the toilets was acceptable. The staff was friendly and gave a lot of information about alternatives for the missed trains. The train was also normally full and the noise level on the train was pleasant. I didn't have to change trains on my journey.
