IconAir conditioner defective (2nd train)
I had to change trains once from Bremerhaven to Hamburg. This was done smoothly. There was enough space in both trains and the seats were very comfortable. However, the bins in the first train were very overcrowded. The facilities and wifi were very good, except in the second train the sockets did not work and the air conditioning failed and it had been accordingly hot in the train. Apart from that, everything else like service was available and the cleanliness in the toilets was fine.
