The train arrived in Bremen on time. There were enough non-reserved seats available. The seats in the ICE are very comfortable and it is rather quiet. We could not connect to the ICE wifi. In addition, the toilets were relatively clean and there was both toilet paper and paper towels available. The train reached Hamburg Central Station on time.

I booked my ticket and my seat reservation online, which I could easily pay for with my credit card and print out at home. When I arrived at the station, the train was already waiting for me, I easily found my seat, which was by the window, my seat was very comfortable and clean, it had a USB port and a small foldable table. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilet made a very tidy impression, the toilet seat was clean and there was everything to eat. On the train itself it was very quiet and pleasantly cool. I reached my destination very quickly and was very satisfied with this train connection.

My train arrived on time and I was sitting at my seat minutes later, which was very clean and neatly designed, the fabric seemed to be new. The train smelled pleasant and fresh. The staff were polite and always present. The toilet looked neat and everything was working. I reached my destination very quickly, I found the value for money of the ticket average. My recommendation on this train service.

I took the ICE from Bremen to Hamburg. The train arrived on time and everything was fine. When I entered the corridor, it already made a very dirty impression. The same was true of the seating area, which was very worn. The wifi and charging facilities were available and perfectly adequate. The sanitary facilities were partly clean, partly dirty. It was a direct connection, which went without a hitch. The price was not quite justified for me

For my business trip, I used the ICE from Bremen to Hamburg. Basically, you get there in less than an hour. I am very satisfied with the journey. The train was very clean and the train staff were friendly throughout. Power sockets were available and so was wifi. Even the toilet was clean and didn't smell. Time flew by on the train from Bremen to Hamburg. We arrived in Hamburg in just under an hour. The toilets in my section were very clean. The wifi was ok, but not suitable for watching videos.
