Unfriendly staffIn June this year, I travelled the route between Berlin Central Station and Munich Central Station on the Deutsche Bahn ICE. The facilities were excellent. I had a power socket at my seat and the seats were very comfortable. The toilet was always clean. The train was on time and I arrived in Munich on time as announced. Unfortunately, the staff on the train were very unfriendly. However, the price-performance ratio was okay, as the journey time was really shortened by the new Sprinter route.

In terms of comfort, it was very good as there was a very tasty restaurant with lots of good food. The service was a nice experience as the staff were super nice, even to the children. The train was not very clean. The toilets in particular were very disgusting. The journey time was not good as the train was about 30 minutes late. The price was great, especially if you book your ticket early.
