As I travel a lot by train, I have already experienced many disappointments. This train journey, however, was really problem-free. The train was on time. It was also excellently cleaned and the sanitary facilities were very hygienic. I also really liked the fact that the staff were very friendly. The last positive impression was that there was a very stable network. Recommendation
Advantages
IconGood means of transport
Disadvantages
Icontoo expensive
The facilities were unfortunately very poor, as there were not enough power sockets, but there was a small rubbish bin at every 4-seater and the wifi was poor. The comfort of the seats was very comfortable and there was no catering. What was also not so good was the noise level, a lot of people were talking loudly and not paying attention to other people. The service was very good as I was able to buy my ticket spontaneously and the train driver was very friendly. The cleanliness was not so good and the journey time was a little late. The price-performance ratio is not so good in my opinion, it could be cheaper.

The return journey from Augsburg was also very pleasant. There was a good reception and it was very quiet. In my opinion, the price was also very fair. Both the sanitary facilities and the compartments were thoroughly cleaned and very hygienic. The seats were really super comfortable and I was able to work in a relaxed manner. I was also able to charge my laptop at one of the sockets. Highly recommended!

The S-Bahn journey was pleasant throughout, with friendly staff, punctual access and a fare that we felt was reasonable. The cleanliness, especially in the toilets, was quite poor as no attention was paid to hygiene. Unfortunately, the wifi was not reliable, which led to problems with mobile phone reception. The seats were comfortable, but the noise level on the train was annoying. The reservation options proved to be practical. Overall a pretty good experience.

On 12 July 2023, I travelled from Augsburg main station via Munich to Landshut. The ICE2401 arrived on time and I was in Munich within 30 minutes. The journey was very pleasant, the seats were not the most modern, but this was not a problem. The wifi and hygiene were generally of a good standard, I'd like to keep it that way. I was able to change trains in Munich without any problems.

Travelling by regional train is always relaxing. The train left on time and arrived on time, and I didn't have to change trains. The disadvantages are that the seats are a bit uncomfortable and hard, but you can stand it. Another disadvantage is that the regional train doesn't travel as fast as a regular train, so the journey takes a little longer. However, I quite enjoyed the journey
