Omio Rewards Credit Terms

The following Terms apply to the Omio Rewards Credit.

Omio Rewards Credits are issued by Omio Group. You agree to be bound by these Omio Rewards Credits terms, along with Omio’s general terms and conditions and privacy policy, when using, or attempting to use Omio Rewards Credit.

Omio Rewards Credits are awarded on various occasions and may be applied, unless indicated otherwise, to any eligible transport tickets that are booked and paid with Omio. Omio Rewards Credit cannot be redeemed against any bookings completed outside the Omio Platform, as well as certain transportation providers on the Omio Platform.

If your qualifying booking is cancelled, you will not receive Omio Rewards Credit on your next booking. If you cancel your qualifying booking after using your Omio Rewards Credit, the Rewards amount will be deducted from your booking refund. Omio Rewards Credit may not be reused, even in the event that you or the respective provider change or cancel your booking.

Omio Rewards Credits may have a fixed value in a specific currency. Currency conversion rates will apply at the time of Rewards redemption based on the currency of the booking*.

For technical reasons, if the amount of your Omio Rewards Credit is equal to or higher than the basket price, at least €1 must remain in your account to complete the transaction. If the amount of your Omio Rewards Credit is higher than your total basket price, the remaining credit balance cannot be reused. Omio Rewards Credits cannot be used in combination with any other promotional offers, codes or vouchers.

Omio Rewards Credit are discounts issued for promotional purposes only; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash. Omio Members are responsible for any and all tax liabilities that may arise from the redemption or use of Omio Rewards Credit. Where applicable, Omio may be required to account for VAT on any services for which the credit is redeemed. We reserve the right to suspend eligibility to receive Omio Rewards Credit at any time and for any reason. We may change or suspend eligibility at any time.

All decisions regarding an Omio Member’s Rewards Credit balance will be final and at the sole discretion of Omio. For enquiries, please contact [email protected].

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, non-binding, or unenforceable, such provision or the part of it that is making it invalid, non-binding or unenforceable, will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Our services are constantly evolving and expanding. We therefore reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For existing Omio Rewards Credits, the terms and conditions that were valid at the time of obtaining an Omio Rewards Credits will apply, unless a notice of amendment was received beforehand.

*Currency conversion uses a system-wide base exchange rate, updated regularly but not identical to real-time market rates.
