Tickets were easy to book online and seat reservations were possible for a fee. My seat (28A) was a little cramped and offered little legroom, but this was acceptable for the short flight. There was no wifi or power outlets on board and catering had to be paid for separately. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the announcements were clear and understandable. The cleanliness of the aircraft was acceptable overall, although the toilets could be cleaned a little more frequently. The direct flight took about 2 hours and 20 minutes and was on time. Overall, Ryanair offers very good value for money for travellers who do not have high demands in terms of comfort and additional services.

The flight departed on time and my seat in economy class was comfortable. Wifi and power sockets were available, but the wifi was very slow and chargeable. The cabin crew were friendly and helpful and the cleanliness of the aircraft, including the toilets, was impeccable. The journey took two hours without changing planes. The price-performance ratio was excellent. It was particularly pleasing that I reached my connecting train without any problems despite my tight schedule.

Slight delayOn Saturday, 19 August 2023, I flew from Vienna to Barcelona. The flight should have left Vienna at 06:55, but it left 5 minutes later. I travelled with Austrian Airlines and everyone was friendly and you also got free water and everything was nice and clean. There was no turbulence and the flight went perfectly. The toilets were also clean. The journey took 2 hours and 20 minutes. Everything was perfect for the price. The flight number is OS391 and I flew from gate F08
