Rome ROM to Rio de Janeiro, RJ RIO flight with ITA

My journey from Rome to Rio de Janeiro was wonderful. So the price of the ticket was cost-effective and budget-friendly for me. The value for money was really excellent. The staff on board were very friendly, helpful and extremely respectful of their guests. They explained safety rules to the passengers and dealt with their concerns and requests with the utmost interest. The toilets, seats and composting toilets were well maintained and hygienic. The seats were very comfortable and cosy. I was able to relax and even sleep for the entire journey. The seats also offered enough legroom and were equipped with blankets and cushions. The view was also breathtaking, be it landscapes or cloud formations. However, I did not arrive in Rio de Janeiro on time, as the departure was not according to plan. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not ideal as there were constant temperature fluctuations. Disappointingly, the volume was not adequate. But overall the trip was excellent for the price and the professional service.

I have to say, the flight was really expensive, but I think if there's one thing you should spend your money on, it's a good time. The flight was very long and I'm really glad that there were no screaming children around me so that I could sleep peacefully. The staff served me an excellent and really expensive breakfast when I got up. It was also clean, of course.

My journey from Rome to Rio de Janeiro was fantastic and wonderful! The price of the flight ticket was fair and inexpensive compared to other flight tickets. Good attention was paid to hygiene, as the toilets and seats were hygienic and well maintained. The seats were also comfortable and cosy. I landed in the city of Rio de Janeiro on time. However, the reservation options were complicated and incomprehensible. Overall, I am very satisfied with the ticket!

The long-haul flight was quite good overall. The service on board was really nice and the food was better than I would have thought. Unfortunately, the seats weren't that comfortable and on such a long flight you really notice that. The changeover was well organised, but still a bit stressful because we didn't have that much time. But the luggage went on without any problems. Everything was clean on the aircraft, including the toilets. The price-performance ratio was okay. There were charging facilities at every seat. All in all, the flight was fine, but there are certainly a few things that could be done better. Therefore 4 out of 5 stars

There were a few complications on this flight. Boarding was also relatively long because it was a long-haul flight. But despite the fact that I arrived before boarding, I had to wait an hour to get on the plane. I slept for half the flight. But when the food arrived, it was very tasty. The staff were also very good. The only thing I have to complain about is the hygiene. Booking online was very easy via online portals. I also got a few offers. The flight duration was long. That's why I give it four out of five stars.
