The journey from Paris to Helsinki was amazingly good. The staff was very friendly, helpful and respectful towards your guests. They were also professional, as they always responded to the concerns and wishes of their passengers. Good attention was paid to hygiene, as the WCs, composting toilets and seats were well maintained, hygienic and clean. I was very impressed! The seats were also very comfortable and cosy. I had plenty of legroom. It allowed me to relax and unwind. The air conditioning was optimal as there were no temperature fluctuations. The reservation options were easy and transparent as I was able to book my seat in advance. However, I found that the price was expensive in my opinion. Unfortunately, I did not arrive in Helsinki on time as the timetable was not adhered to. Due to delays, the departure was delayed. The volume was disappointingly not optimal. Overall the trip was great because of the hygiene and the staff.

The flight from Paris to Helsinki (AF1070) was satisfactory overall. Booking and seat reservation were easy. The flight was on time at 12:40 and the seats were comfortable. Wifi and power sockets for a fee. Friendly staff, but room for improvement in the catering. Cleanliness and noise levels were good. The three-hour journey went without any changes. The only problem was the loss of my luggage, which spoilt the overall impression.

My flight from Paris to Helsinki was excellent. The price was excellent for the flight and distance and very worthwhile compared to other transport options. The service from the staff was excellent. They were helpful, friendly and respectful of their guests. I felt that I was in good hands as all my concerns and problems were dealt with by the staff with a smile on their faces. I also landed in Helsinki on time. It therefore turned out that the timetable was adhered to. However, I found the reservation process complicated and confusing. In addition, hygiene was not really taken into account, as the composting toilets, WCs and seats were not well maintained, clean and hygienic. The toilets had an unpleasant odour. The noise level was not appropriate. This also affected my trip a little. But overall it was a great trip, which I would also recommend due to the price and the staff.

My journey from Paris to Helsinki was surprisingly good. The price was initially favourable and fair. The staff on board were always friendly and helpful. They dealt with my requests and wishes with a big smile on their faces. I therefore felt that I was in very good hands. There was no need to change planes, which would have made the journey unnecessarily difficult. I also landed on time in the city of Helsinki. However, the seats were not comfortable and offered little space to sit down. Overall, however, I am very satisfied with the journey!

I think it would be unfair if I were to deduct a star because the aircraft took off a quarter of an hour late. I felt really comfortable on the plane. I had plenty of legroom. The staff took excellent care of me and went to great lengths to fulfil my wishes. The price of the flight ticket was high, but fair. The toilet was very clean and I had enough space.
