Ladies and Gentlemen, I would now like to evaluate my journey from Munich to Kiel. At the beginning I would like to mention positive features. The price was very good, and well justified for the air journey. The meals on board were very delicious. The wifi was excellent. This was excellent and above all efficient. There was no need to change planes, which made things easier for me, as I got off directly in Kiel. However, I found that the hygiene rules were not adhered to, as the toilets were not very clean and well maintained. The seats were clean but very small, in my opinion, and therefore not really comfortable. In addition, the staff was not friendly and slightly annoyed with the passengers. Therefore, they did not greet me in a friendly manner or really take my concerns seriously. Overall, though, quite a great trip.

The flight was very pleasant, let's start with the bad, namely the wifi was not good, almost nothing loaded and I couldn't work productively. The seats were comfortable and the cleanliness of the aircraft was very good. We took off and landed on time. The service was really very good!
