Milan MIL to Lahore LHE flight with Etihad Airways

The Etihad staff were friendly and check-in went quickly. As usual, the security checks were a little crowded, but there were no long delays. Everything was well organised at boarding and we were ushered onto the plane on time. The flight took off on time, which I always appreciate. The first part of the flight from Milan was pleasant. The aircraft we flew on was modern, comfortable and well maintained. The seats were really comfortable for a long-haul flight, with plenty of legroom and adjustable features that made sitting comfortable. The entertainment system was excellent, with a great selection of films, series and music, perfect for killing time. The food was good, as we were served a hot meal with choices and the snacks in between were also ok. I particularly liked the service. The crew was incredibly friendly, attentive and made sure that every passenger felt comfortable. All my wishes were quickly fulfilled and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. After the stopover, we continued on to Lahore. Here, too, the aircraft was modern and comfortable and the service was again up to the high Etihad standard. There was another hot meal, which was fine, and the entertainment system offered a similar selection as on the first flight. The crew were once again very attentive and made sure that the flight was pleasant and relaxed.
