In general, the trip was acceptable, but there is room for improvement. The wifi worked for the most part, but there were some disconnections, which was frustrating. There were limited power sockets, which was problematic as many passengers wanted to charge their devices. Comfort during the journey was acceptable. The volume on the train was fine, although noise from outside could occasionally be heard. The seats were averagely comfortable, but there was not enough legroom for taller passengers. There were no catering facilities on board, which was disappointing. The service during the journey was average. The train staff were friendly, but sometimes lacked information about delays or the next stop. Announcements were irregular and not always easy to understand, which led to confusion among passengers. Cleanliness on the train was fine. Hygiene was also mostly maintained, but the toilets were not always in a satisfactory condition. There was also an incident where a passenger left food scraps on the seat, which affected cleanliness. The journey from Zwickau to Dresden did not require changing trains, which was convenient. The trains were on time for the most part, but there was an unexpected construction site on the line which caused an extended delay of about 20 minutes.
