A very good and relaxing journey. The wifi worked reliably and allowed passengers to stay online during the journey. There were enough sockets to charge electronic devices, which was very convenient. Comfort during the journey was pleasant. The noise level on the train was low and did not interfere with relaxing or working. The seats were comfortable and offered enough space to feel at ease during the journey. There was also a catering facility on board which offered a good selection of snacks and drinks. The service during the journey was friendly and courteous. The train staff were helpful and answered questions patiently. Regular announcements were made to inform passengers of the next stop and any delays. The overall service was satisfactory. Cleanliness on the train was good. Hygiene was well maintained and the toilets were clean and well equipped. There were no major problems regarding cleanliness during the journey.
