My journey with IC2023 from Oldenburg to Hanover was very comfortable. I could sit at a table without having to reserve a seat. So it was possible for me to use the power socket. Unfortunately, there was no wifi, but the train was on time and also very clean in the individual carriages. Unfortunately, the toilet was not as clean as the rest. During the journey, there were always railway employees running through the train, from whom you could buy coffee and other drinks.
