How to Get to Lille by Train:
The train service from London St. Pancras Station to Lille is operated by Eurostar. The direct journey time is approximately 1.5 hours. Eleven trains depart each day, with the first leaving just before 7:00 a.m. and the last one departing London at around 7:30 p.m. Trains then run every hour.

Lille also boasts Europe's largest bookshop, the Furet du Nord, with more than 7,000 square metres of book-lined rooms. La Piscine is a beautiful Art Deco swimming pool, originally built to provide bathing facilities for the poor. Nowadays, part of the pool remains in the center and the exhibits are housed around it. These include examples of 19th and 20th century art; sculptures, textiles, glass and ceramics by both local and international artists.

TGV INOUI trains offer features like adjustable seats, electrical outlets, fold-down tables, and dedicated luggage spaces. Passengers can enjoy onboard Wi-Fi and access to the TGV INOUI portal for entertainment and journey information. The service also includes a "Bistro TGV INOUI" for dining, with options for online ordering. SNCF is also introducing a new generation of TGV INOUI trains from 2026, which will be more modular, energy-efficient, and 97% recyclable.
