The punctuality of the train was impressive. The train started and arrived according to the timetable. This allowed me to plan my journey safely and the cleanliness of the train was acceptable. The seats and floor were tidy but there were some areas that could do with a more thorough clean. The availability of power outlets on the train was very helpful. It allowed me to charge my laptop while travelling. The toilets were clean and well equipped. Overall, I was very happy with this train service as I made my appointment on time.
