Advantages
IconNice staff
Iconwifi
Disadvantages
IconOnly one socket
IconFloor has stuck
Today I took the regional train from Kassel to Paderborn to pick up my buddy from the airport. The regional train had a functioning toilet. The staff was nice and HELPFUL. Unfortunately, the floor was a bit sticky because something had leaked out. Disappointingly, there was only one socket on the train opposite the toilet. There was no on-board bistro. The wifi worked well. Inconveniently, the train had a delay of 5 minutes, which occurred during the journey. I bought the ticket via the app. Unfortunately, it was not possible to reserve seats on this train.
Advantages
IconFast ticket inspection
IconGood seating comfort with top equipment
IconNo delays and no changes
IconCleanliness in the corridors
Disadvantages
IconToilet unhygienic with defects
On this journey, everything had actually been almost fine. The train had hardly been delayed and there had been no need to change trains. The seats here were also comfortable and there was a full range of facilities including power sockets, an internet connection and a snack machine. The staff here were very friendly so that tickets could be checked quickly. I found the cleanliness in the corridors acceptable. However, the toilets here were unhygienic. There was also a lack of toilet paper and no water came out of the tap. Otherwise it was a great trip!
