I travelled from Interlaken West to Zermatt Bahnhof with the trains, SBB IC 81 813, SBB IC 6 961, SBB EV2 90225 (bus), SBB R40 9059 (3 changes in total). I was very pleasantly surprised by the journey, as each of the trains was very clean inside, and the staff were all in a great mood and friendly. What I would have liked to see was a connection without changes, as we travelled from Interlaken West to Spiez (09:22) at 09:05, then from Spiez 09:36 departure to Visp 10:02, then by bus from Visp, Bahnhof Süd to Täsch, Bahnhof (10:08 - 11:00), and finally from Täsch to Zermatt, Bahnhof (11:08 -11:20). But all in all, it was a great journey and each of the trains was on time and clean, as was the bus.

I travelled from Interlaken West to Zermatt Bahnhof. The journey was very pleasant, but unfortunately there was no journey without changes available, so I had to book a journey with three changes (IC 81 813, IC 6 961, EV2 90225, R 40 9059). However, every single train was kept very clean and the staff on board were very friendly, there were plenty of power sockets and the toilets were also very clean. All in all, a very good journey, as I would have liked it to have been possible without changing trains.
