Train connection from Hanover to Sarstedt. Today I travelled from Hanover to Sarstedt to meet a friend, with the S-Bahn 4. I booked the ticket via the deutsche bahn app, unfortunately a seat reservation was not possible. The journey took 15 minutes and it was a direct connection without changing trains. The compartment was clean, but very busy. Inconveniently, there were no power sockets or wifi on the train. Toilets were available and clean. There is disappointingly no dining car on this service. The staff were nice and authoritative and did their job well. The train was on time. There is space for bicycles and wheelchairs.

When I wanted to start the journey from Hanover to Sarstedt, the train was cancelled. So I had to take the delayed S-Bahn to get to my destination on time. It had a good service and had wifi, as well as enough charging possibilities. Otherwise, the noise level on the train was acceptable and the staff very friendly. The cleanliness was good in the toilets, but the windows were a bit smudged. Since the S-Bahn does not require a change, it was very comfortable.
