I was able to travel from Elze to Hanover on the regional express without having to change trains. Due to a fault during the journey, the train was delayed by 25 minutes and the journey time was therefore longer. The train was very clean and the toilets were hygienic. There were also power sockets and wifi available. There was also a catering option on the train in the form of a snack vending machine. Unfortunately, I have to criticise the fact that the staff did not provide any information about other connections, so many people had to find out about the missed connections as an alternative. Otherwise, the comfort was very good due to the comfortable seats.
