I regularly travel from Berlin Central Station to Wolfsburg Central Station using a Deutsche Bahn ICE train. I find my chosen train (ICE 742) particularly practical. I don't need to change trains to Hanover and, because there are so many ICEs travelling in this direction, I can almost always get a seat - I regularly travel on the ICE 742 from Berlin Central Station to Wolfsburg Central Station and am very happy with this connection. I particularly appreciate the fact that the train travels via Hanover without changing trains, which makes the journey uncomplicated and comfortable. Due to the high frequency of ICE trains on this route, it is usually easy to get a seat - even without a reservation. The delay was only a few minutes and was perfectly acceptable for me. All in all, a very reliable and comfortable connection.

The train journey was very pleasant overall. The train was on time and clean, the seats were comfortable and the wifi worked reliably. The train staff were also friendly and helpful. The quiet atmosphere was particularly positive and made for a relaxed journey. We'd love to travel again! Unfortunately, the sockets did not work at all seats. But the seats were very comfortable, even in 2nd class.

Very relaxed journey. I travelled to Wolfsburg on business. The tickets were very cheap and the train was very empty. I can recommend this journey. Apart from a ticket check and a question about food, you were left in peace. It was easy to find a seat even without a reservation.

I had to travel from Berlin to Wolfsburg for work. As usual, I decided to use Deutsche Bahn for the journey. The train was slightly late, but that wasn't too bad. The ticket was very cheap and the connection is very pleasant. The toilet facilities were very tidy and fortunately didn't smell. The staff on the train were very nice. There was also good wifi on the train.

The train from Berlin to Wolfsburg was fully booked, so I had to reserve a seat. It was therefore very noisy on the train. The seats were comfortable and had plenty of power sockets and a stable internet connection. The staff on the train were very friendly and even the on-board bistro was open. The corridors and seats were very clean. The toilet in my compartment also looked very hygienic. Unfortunately, the train was delayed by 25 minutes. However, I didn't have to change trains. The ticket price was also reasonable for this route. I would recommend the journey to others.

The passengers travelling on the train were also very quiet and orderly. The train was only slightly late. However, this was cancelled out by the short distance.

I like travelling by train in my private life. It's a great way to get to Wolfsburg in particular. It's quicker than travelling by car, more relaxed and cheaper. Unfortunately, the internet is unusable, so I can't recommend travelling by train for work. But if you have time and some peace and quiet, the DB is great.

I was able to travel from Berlin to Wolfsburg comfortably and without changing trains on the ICE. Unfortunately, this train was delayed by around 25 minutes. The reason for this was that the train was delayed. I was also unable to find any staff on the train. The seats were comfortable and there were power sockets and internet. However, the seat reservation displays did not work. Otherwise, the train and toilets were clean. The price of the ticket was also reasonable. However, I cannot recommend the journey.

I really enjoyed this trip. The train connection in particular was perfect. Everything worked well and there were no delays on the outward journey. However, the train had some problems on the return journey. There were quite a few delays and one train was cancelled. Overall, however, the train journey was quite comfortable. Above all, the journey was not too long, so you could really enjoy the train journey. There was also an on-board restaurant. However, I didn't use this. I particularly liked the charging facilities on the train.

I travelled from Rostock to the Harz Mountains. The journey took me via Berlin and Wolfsburg, so I can rate the route accordingly. Due to the weekend, the train was very busy. I was very lucky to get a free seat. To my astonishment, the train was punctual and clean despite the high capacity utilisation, and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. Unfortunately, the on-board bistro was once again not open, so I didn't get my coffee.

IconSome toilets were defective
The IC from Berlin to Wolfsburg had been very clean and had hardly had any occupancy, which is why it was quiet on the train. On the train, instead of an on-board bistro, there were a lot of vending machines. The staff here were friendly and made constant announcements. Unfortunately, some toilets here had been defective. The seats were comfortable and had power sockets, and there was internet on the train. Finally, the train had been delayed by 20 minutes in Wolfsburg, but I didn't mind, as there was no need to change trains here.
Advantages

Iconnoisy atmosphere
The train had already been 20 minutes late at the beginning, so it arrived at its destination 40 minutes late. The train was packed, but I managed to get a seat. It was very comfortable and fully equipped. The staff on board were very friendly and helpful. Due to the crowds, the train gradually became dirtier and the toilets had been constantly occupied. It was noisy on the train and therefore not relaxing.

Disadvantages
IconNone
I travelled from Berlin to Hanover on IC 148, Wolfsburg was a stopover. What I found particularly pleasant about the journey was that the journey was very short and Wolfsburg was reached quickly. It was very warm, but the air conditioning worked, which I liked. The train itself was very clean and well maintained. It had wifi, power sockets and a bistro. There were no delays.
Advantages
IconPlenty of seating
IconClean train
Disadvantages
IconA little unpunctual
I travelled second class from Berlin to Hanover on IC 148. It also called at Wolfsburg, so I can rate this journey. The train was a little late, but I was still able to catch my connecting train. There was enough seating available, so the train was not overcrowded. The on-board bistro was open, but the prices are a bit high in my opinion. The train itself made a clean and tidy impression. I came into contact with Deutsche Bahn staff relatively rarely, and when I did, it was only to stamp tickets. All in all, I can't say anything negative about the trip, five-star visit.
Advantages
IconNice staff
Disadvantages
IconThe train was late
One thing I didn't like was the delay, but that was the only negative, so I'll pass on the ride. The wifi was good and I had sockets at my seat. The staff were very nice and the whole train was clean. The food was very fresh and had a good taste. I was comfortable using the toilet. I would prefer to rate this trip with four point five stars.
Advantages
IconCleanliness
IconInformative
This trip was great. The wifi was very good throughout despite many users. I had multiple access to power at my seat. My seat was very comfortable. The atmosphere on the train was great as it was very quiet. The staff were very nice and if you needed food, you got it. The whole train, or rather the toilets, were very clean. My train arrived on time. My ticket was relatively cheap. I can only pass on my outward journey and rate it with 5 stars.
