The seat was saggy, the armrest wobbled and there was no functioning folding table. The power socket at the seat was also defective. This is all bearable for a short journey, but on longer journeys it quickly becomes uncomfortable. The route itself was nice, but the comfort was clearly lacking.

The high number of participants led to excessive activity and noise on the train, which affected the atmosphere in 1st class. Another negative point was the failure of the heating, which made it uncomfortably cold and forced us to wrap up warm. This was annoying and spoilt the overall positive picture.
