Unfortunately, the journey was disappointing. The train was late, noisy and the air conditioning didn't work at all. The toilet was filthy after a short time. There was no on-board bistro and the staff were unhelpful. For the cost, the car would probably have been more comfortable and reliable. At least I had a fairly comfortable seat.

The train journey was pleasant. The train was on time, the seats were comfortable and I had enough space for my luggage. I also liked the quietness in the compartment. There was even functioning wifi, albeit not consistently stable. The only drawback was the air conditioning, which was too strong in places. Nevertheless, a good journey that I can recommend.

I had high hopes for this connection, but was disappointed. The train had already arrived late and had additional stops en route, which caused further delays. There were hardly any free seats, many were in the aisle. The air was bad and there was a draught through the door areas. At least the staff were friendly.

The journey was generally on time, which is a big plus for me when travelling by train. Unfortunately, the interior of the carriage was pretty worn out. The seat was saggy, the armrest wobbled and there was no functioning folding table. The power socket at the seat was also defective. This is all bearable for a short journey, but on longer journeys it quickly becomes uncomfortable. The route itself was nice, but the comfort was clearly lacking.

I travelled from Berlin to Stralsund on the ICE without changing trains. Unfortunately, it stopped at several intermediate stations, so the journey was longer than usual. As there was also a signalling fault, the train was delayed by 20 minutes. Otherwise, the seats were comfortable and there were power sockets and good internet. The on-board bistro was also open. The staff there were friendly. The ticket was also reasonably priced. The train was very clean and the toilets looked hygienic. I can definitely recommend the journey.

However, the train had been delayed by 10 minutes, but there had been no need to change trains, so it was a very good journey for me.

I was able to travel from Berlin to Stralsund without changing trains on the Intercity. It was very old and therefore had no internet connection, but there were power sockets. The seats had been renewed and were comfortable to sit on. The train itself was a bit dirty, as were the toilets. Many of the doors were defective and it was congested when getting on and off the train. However, it had been a very quiet atmosphere on the train, the staff friendly and the train on time.

The train journey from Berlin to Stralsund was an average experience overall with some room for improvement. The train facilities were acceptable but not particularly comfortable. The limited storage space and lack of power sockets were disappointing. Comfort during the journey was moderate. The air conditioning was inadequate and the cleanliness of the toilets left a lot to be desired. The train staff were friendly but not very present. The information about the stops was inadequate. Cleanliness on the train was average, but there were occasional spills, especially in the loo.Value for money was reasonable, but the shortcomings in facilities, comfort and cleanliness could have been improved. All in all, rather an experience that was neither very positive nor negative.

I travelled from Berlin to Stralsund and had to change trains twice. I didn't reserve a seat, but there were plenty of seats available. IconHeating broken
My journey in first class on the RE3312 from Berlin Central Station to Stralsund on 15 January 2024 left me with mixed feelings. The train turned out to be on time and my booked seat not only offered comfort, but also an available power socket, which is very practical when travelling with electronic devices. The train attendant was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the farmer protests detracted considerably from the travelling experience. The high number of participants led to excessive activity and noise on the train, which affected the atmosphere in 1st class. In addition, the wifi was not functional, which was disappointing for business trips or travellers who want to be online during the journey. Another negative point was the failure of the heating, which made it uncomfortably cold and forced us to wrap up warm. This was annoying and spoilt the overall positive picture.
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconDirty trains
The journey from Berlin to Stralsund was okay. I had to change trains several times. Fortunately, there were no delays during the journey. However, the cleanliness of the trains was a bit worrying.
