On the train journey from Berlin to Luckenwalde, the facilities were pretty good, there was wifi, which was okay and there were plenty of power sockets. However, the comfort was not so good, as my seat had a large tear at the top, but the volume was pleasant. The service was excellent as the staff were able to answer and solve all questions and problems. The cleanliness was unfortunately once again nothing as everything was dirty, especially the toilets. The journey time was super quick, the train was also on time. The price was quite expensive for the short journey.

The RE was on time. The reservation of the journey was smooth and uncomplicated. There were enough seats available. The staff were friendly, as always. The hygiene on the train left a lot to be desired. The toilet was not hygienically clean. There was no wifi on the train. The sockets in the individual compartments were very few, as everyone wants to charge their mobile phone or laptop. Unfortunately, this was not possible.

I often travel by train from Berlin to Luckenwalde and I have to say again and again that you can't get to your destination that quickly by car. The DB staff are always friendly and helpful if you have any questions. However, I am always annoyed by the dirty toilets and the individual compartments don't look much better. Unfortunately, there are not enough sockets for charging.
