Berlin to Kassel train with Deutsche Bahn (ICE,IC,RB,RE)

The journey was completely smooth, no delays, no technical difficulties, everything just went as planned. The seats were comfortable, the travelling staff were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasantly calm. The wifi worked reliably, which made travelling time productive, a particularly positive aspect. To summarise, it was a very successful ICE journey. I give it five stars.

I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire train. The well-maintained appearance inspires confidence and ensures a real sense of well-being throughout the journey. During the journey, the staff were always attentive and helpful. Whether I had questions or minor concerns, I always felt well looked after. The journey also ran smoothly: there were no delays or unexpected incidents, so I arrived in Kassel completely stress-free. The price-performance ratio of this connection is really convincing. If you want to travel comfortably, cheaply and with a smile, you've come to the right place. I travelled from Berlin to Kassel to visit my best friend. The train arrived very punctually and wasn't too full. This was very convenient for me as I hadn't reserved a seat. Nevertheless, I found a good seat. There was very good wifi and USB sockets to charge my laptop. The board bistro was very well stocked and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the prices for food and drink are very expensive. The toilet facilities were unfortunately very dirty on this train.

The price was super cheap, which also makes the journey attractive for schoolchildren and students, for example. I was able to enjoy the beautiful view during the journey and the temperature on the train was pleasantly regulated. The cleanliness of the train was also positive, everything was tidy and the toilets were clean. There was also sanitiser and wet wipes everywhere. The only negative thing I noticed was that there were too few power sockets and the wifi was often very slow or didn't work at all, which is why I was unfortunately unable to talk or work. Apart from that, the trip was satisfactory!

I travelled from Berlin to Kassel in 1st class and was very satisfied overall. The train was on time, super clean and pleasantly empty - a really relaxed journey. I was in a compartment that was very quiet, wifi and power sockets worked without any problems. The toilets were also clean, which I personally really appreciate. I had food delivered to my seat - that worked well, even if unfortunately not everything on the menu was available. But what I got was really good. Overall, everything worked smoothly. The price for 1st class is high, but the comfort and service were right in my case. For me, it was an all-round successful journey, so I'm happy to give it 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the reservation display didn't work, so I had problems finding my seat. However, the friendly and competent staff helped me. The train was very clean and the toilet looked hygienic. The seats were also comfortable and there were power sockets and stable internet. I didn't have to change trains for the journey and the train arrived on time. The ticket wasn't expensive either. I really enjoyed the journey.
