The train journey from Berlin to Frankfurt Oder had gone smoothly. The accessibility at the station provided enough space for wheelchair users, but improvements could be made. The train was on time and the staff very helpful. The toilet and bistro why easily accessible and well equipped. Seating comfort was acceptable but the seats could be a little wider. There were sockets for electricity, which was handy. Cleanliness in general was good, although some areas look slightly unclean. Overall, a pleasant train experience.

My train journey from Berlin to Frankfurt was truly remarkable. Two outstanding features of this journey were the reliability and the cost efficiency. The train connection was extremely reliable. Added to that. Arrived right away and even reached Frankfurt a little before the scheduled arrival time. This made for a stress-free travel experience with no unexpected delays. The cost efficiency of this train ticket deserves special mention. The price at extremely competitive compared to other travel options. It is great to know that you can enjoy quality travel at a reasonable price. However, one minor drawback, this train journey, is the need to reserve a seat. It would be desirable if one could travel without a reservation to allow for spontaneous travel plans. Nevertheless, this disadvantage is relatively minor compared to the positive aspects of the trip. In summary, my train journey from Berlin to Frankfurt was an extremely positive experience. The reliability and cost-effectiveness of this train ticket make it a top choice for travellers looking for an enjoyable and inexpensive journey between these two cities.

IconUnclean
My train connection with the ICE 48 was a bit late. But I didn't find that too bad. Unfortunately, the train looked very unclean, there was sand on the floor, the bars you hold on to were very dirty, the seats were smeared and the walls were black. The toilet gave an unhygienic impression, there was a lack of toilet paper. Unfortunately, no staff member was present during the whole journey, so my questions went unanswered. A fast train connection, but it was not clean.
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconActually no defects discovered
My train arrived on time. The reservation of the online ticket was easy and fast in my opinion. I quickly found my seat, which was very spacious and looked very clean. It had a comfortable fabric armrest and a headrest that was adjustable. You could also tilt the seat back a little. There was a stable wifi connection and a power socket on the train, which I found very positive. You could continue to work on your laptop during the journey and make use of the time. The toilet was well organised, it was clean and lacked nothing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The train itself was quiet and there was enough daylight to read a book. Overall, I liked this train connection very much, it was fast and smooth, and I also found the price-performance ratio very good.

Disadvantages
IconNothing to get upset about
I had a very positive experience with this train connection and would like to share it with others here. The train actually arrived on time. The conductor warned the passengers when boarding and it went on without any crowding. I was able to quickly find a free seat, which was very clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff were always present and friendly. Unfortunately, there was no wifi or electricity on the train, but it was very clean. The toilet made a decent impression and was relatively clean. I was able to reach my destination quickly and without any problems, and can therefore gladly recommend this train connection.

I would like to evaluate my journey from Berlin. The return ticket was issued without any problems. It was accepted immediately. The train arrived on time and was very fast, so I was able to reach my destination on time. The journey itself was very pleasant and quiet. There was no unpleasant noise during the journey. There was everything on board that one could wish for. A toilet that was very clean, a snack machine that worked, and clean windows as well as the seats. I had fun during the ride so I would like to continue using this connection.
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconSomewhat run down
I had to use this connection as I was travelling on business. The booking was very easy and smooth. The train arrived on time and made a neat impression. There was enough seating, which was very comfortable. There was a way to connect your laptop to the mains, as well as an internet connection. What I noticed negatively, however, was that the walls were smeared with sharpie. The toilet had been cleaned and smelled of detergent. On the whole, this connection was fine.
Advantages
IconPunctual and reliable
IconVery fast
Disadvantages
IconI have not had any negative experiences
The train connection between Berlin and Frankfurt Oder was very punctual, there was accessibility for wheelchair users and plenty of lifts. The train looked tidy and clean, the windows and floor were clean and nothing was sticky. The toilet facilities were well maintained and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bistro had a great selection of different snacks and drinks. However, these were a little overpriced, in my opinion. The seats were very comfortable and soft. I really liked this train connection.
