Buses 175 and 188 run from the center of town, while the N32 offers a late-night service, which could come in handy.
Arrival airport: Every flight from Warsaw will arrive at Krakow's John Paul II International Airport (also known as Krakow Balice), which is around 10 miles from the city center. The quickest transfer option for most people will be express trains from Balice Station to Krakow Glowny Station, which is very close to the famous historic district. Trains run all day long and take 20-25 minutes. Cheaper transfers are possible via the 252 bus, which takes 40 minutes and runs every half an hour. Taxis are also available right outside the terminal.
