The bus journey for my trip to Berlin was easy and convenient to book online. The ticket was sent to me by email and was valid as a digital ticket for the start of the journey, no printing of the ticket necessary. The journey was pleasant and there were no delays. We left on schedule and arrived at Berlin ZOB without any problems. The journey was direct and the 5 hours passed very quickly. Unfortunately, the internet connection was not always available during the journey. Nevertheless, the price-performance ratio is fabulous and the bus trip is a great alternative to other travel options. And the earlier you book the ticket, the cheaper it is. It's worth planning in advance here, although spontaneous bookings are still good value too. I am satisfied and very happy to recommend travelling by bus.

I travelled by bus from Kiel to Berlin and I actually found it very comfortable, the bus was empty and you had everything, you have wifi and sockets for charging, some sockets didn't work, but I didn't think that was too bad. The staff on the bus were very nice, they took really good care of us. I can't fault the hygiene either. I thought it was really good value for money, so I would book again

I travelled by bus from Kiel to Berlin a long time ago and it was comfortable, there was wifi on the bus, which I found good, unfortunately not all the sockets worked. The people on the bus were very nice and polite. The toilets were clean, so I can't say anything bad about the hygiene. The bus also arrived on time, I'm very happy with it, for the price it's good enough. I didn't find it expensive and fair in terms of price
