For my journey from Girona to Barcelona, I took the bus and, as always, I had booked my ticket online. I took a seat by the window, but a seat reservation was not necessary as the seats were freely selectable. The bus departed at 9.30am and the journey took about an hour and 45 minutes. The seat was comfortable and there was plenty of leg room. During the journey, I was able to enjoy the scenery as we travelled along the coast.

The seats were comfortable and there were even power sockets, which was handy for my devices. The volume on the train was pleasant and the air conditioning worked well. The train staff were friendly and helpful, and the entire train, including the toilets, was clean. The journey took about 40 minutes and arrived in Barcelona on time. For the price, I thought the service was perfectly fine and would recommend Renfe for this route.
