The staff were always present and very helpful. I was able to reach my destination very quickly and arrived on time for my appointment. A train service that I am happy to recommend.

Disappointingly, there was no wifi on the train, so you couldn't continue working on your laptop. There was a coffee machine, but it didn't work. I didn't see any staff during the whole journey. The toilet looked very unhygienic, the toilet seat was yellow and there were no paper towels for the hands. Overall, an average train connection, which was very fast.
