Advantages
IconFriendly and competent staff
IconHardly any delays and no changes
IconComfortable seats with power sockets
IconLow utilisation and pleasant volume
Disadvantages
IconTrain was cancelled, so I had to take the S-Bahn
IconCleanliness
IconLow equipment
The train to Düsseldorf was cancelled, so I had to take the S-Bahn, which travelled the same route but took longer as it stopped at all the intermediate stations. This extended my journey time many times over. There were only power sockets in the S-Bahn, but no internet connection. The toilets and corridors also looked very dirty. However, the occupancy rate was not very high, which is why the noise level on the train was very pleasant. The seats were also comfortable. The staff made a friendly and competent impression on me. The train was hardly delayed and I didn't have to change trains. All in all, a relaxed journey despite the circumstances.
