Monday to Friday there are 13 Madrid-Alicante connections. On Saturdays and Sundays their number decreases to 9 and 10, respectively. Tram trains between Alicante and Benidorm operate throughout the day, with departures every 30 minutes.
Madrid-Atocha and Madrid-Chamartín stations: the first one is located in the urban centre, near the Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums. From Madrid-Atocha there is access to line 1 of the metro that connects with the main tourist attractions of the city. Chamartín station is 6 kilometres from Madrid-Barajas airport and is only 11 minutes away by local train. In turn, Metro Line 1 connects Madrid-Chamartín directly with Atocha station.
Benidorm station:Tram trains leave from Alicante-Luceros station and arrive at Benidorm station, located in the street with the same name. During this route, stops are made in the Terra Mítica theme park and in the coastal towns of Amerador, Poble Espanyol, La Marina Finestrat and Creueta. From Benidorm station you can access to line 9 of the Metropolitan TRAM that connects with popular tourist towns, among them Denia, Teulada, Benisa, Calpe, Altea and Alfaz.
